Materials:

- 4 Kiwi fruits
- Strawberries
- Blender
- Alcohol(red ethanol) 70%
- Alcohol (white ethanol) 12%
- 4 glass tubes
- 3 drops of pineapple juice x2
- 200 ml cold water x2
- Dropper tools x2
- ⅛tablespoon salt x2
- Container or bowl x2
- 30ml detergent x2

Method:

1. Peel off the kiwi.
2. Cut the kiwi into pieces.
3. Put the pieces into a blender, add 200ml cold water, ⅛tablespoon of salt and start blending until fully blended.
4. Pour the liquid through a strainer, into another container.
5. Add 30ml liquid detergent to the blended fruit and let it stay for 10 min.
6. Add cold water to the solution.
7. Fill ⅓of a clean glass tube with the solution.
8. Repeat step 7, so that you have 2 glass tubes with ⅓of the same solution.
9. Use a dropper tool and add 3-4 drops of pineapple juice to each glass tube.
10. Tilt the glass tube and pour the alcohol (12%) into one of the tubes. The alcohol should be the same amount as the fruit
solution.
11. Tilt the other glass tube and pour the alcohol (70%) into the second tube. The alcohol should be the same amount as the
fruit solution.
12. Cut the leaves of your strawberries and then throw them away.
